Hail Blessed Cajetan, Father of Providence!

Oh St. Cajetan, whose inspiration has been a light for multitudes of unemployed, bless our hearts with the light of Christ so that we may be a beacon for others and hold Him in our bosom as you also did. We implore thee for special grace to endure our most troublesome time and not forget the poor in spirit and consequence. Please be by our side and guide us in the will of the Lord, Amen

Glorious Saint Cajetan, acclaimed by
all people to be the father of providence
because you provide miraculous aid to
all in need, I stand here before you today,
asking that you present to the Lord our God
the requests that I confidently deposit
in your hands today.
May these graces that I now request
help me to always seek the Kingdom
of God and his Righteousness,
knowing that God — who dresses with
beauty the flowers of the field and
abundantly feeds the birds of the
sky — will give me all other
things. Amen.

A Portrait of St Cajetan

"Omnia ergo quaecumque dixerint vobis servate et facite
secundum opera vero eorum nolite facere dicunt enim et non faciunt"

"All things therefore whatever they tell you to observe, observe and do,
but don't do their works; for they say, and don't do."
Matthew 23:3

"Alligant autem onera gravia et inportabilia et
inponunt in umeros hominum digito autem suo nolunt ea mover"

"For they bind heavy burdens that are grievous to be borne,
and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves
will not lift a finger to help them"
Matthew 23:4

St Cajetan's Feast day Approaches! (7th August)

O Glorious St Cajetan, Father of Divine Providence, help all those who are unemployed, who search for employment and who fear for their jobs, lead them towards what they are looking for and pray for us all that we may be courageous in the face of adversity
